Her professional journey began in 2017 as a Certified Medical Assistant in dermatology, where she discovered a deep love for skincare and patient care. Since then, Kaitlin has continued to grow within the aesthetic world, and graduated from Aveda Institute as Valedictorian of her class. Combining her clinical knowledge with a genuine, compassionate touch to help each client feel seen, understood, and radiant in their own skin, this is truly her calling. Cancellation Policy

• All appointments require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, there will be a 30% fee of the selected service charged to the card we have on file. • No shows will be automatically charged a 30% fee of the selected service to the card we have on file. After 2 no shows, you will no longer be able to book with me. • Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please inform me if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment. • Upon booking, your card will be put on file but it is NOT charged. At the end of your service you may use the card on file but the system does charge a 3.6% service charge to do so. If you would rather pay me through Venmo or cash to avoid the service charge, you may do so. • All first-time appointments require a consultation, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you’re running late, please call us and let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Late arrivals are not guaranteed their original appointment time. • Our MedSpa reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion. Clients who exhibit loud or aggressive behavior, violate our code of conduct, take property, or otherwise pose a danger to any staff and customers will be denied services and asked to leave the premises immediately.
